Being an entrepreneur means having a vision, making complex decisions across multiple areas, and often moving forward alone. Unlike executives in large corporations, entrepreneurs do not have access to the resources of functional departments (human resources, finance, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, commercial excellence, operational excellence, etc.). They need to juggle between managing their shareholders, cash flow, fundraising, human resources, and operational issues. The isolation that comes with decision-making is often a challenge. 


During my time at Eurofins, where I led over 50 SME acquisitions and worked closely with many entrepreneurs, I learned to understand their specific challenges. For the past 4 years, I have been supporting entrepreneurs and SME leaders by providing a unique combination of personalized coaching and consulting tailored to their specific needs.
