I graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE ParisTech in France. I am a certified coach from BAO Elan Vital in Belgium.

Career path

​

I started my career at Kearney, a leading consulting firm in strategy and management. For 6 years as a consultant and later as a manager, I developed in-depth expertise in topics like external and organic growth, organization, transformation and management in industry, retail, luxury goods and banking.

​

I spent the following 20 years in general management positions for Solvay, Imerys and Eurofins.

​

In my last operational role as Eurofins Executive Vice-President, I was responsible for 120 laboratories and 7000 people in 30 countries throughout Europe and Asia. I led more than 50 acquisitions, launched over 25 start-ups, and recruited more than 100 managers.

My DNA as a corporate leader

​

As a business leader, I always considered I had 2 priorities: 1) defining the company's strategy, and 2) recruiting, promoting and supporting my management teams. I was often accompanied by a coach, and many of my colleagues had one.

My experience as a business coach and consultant

Over the past 4 years, I have successfully coached more than 100 entrepreneurs, executives, consultants and managers. My contracts are open-ended and reflect our mutual trust: no coachee has ever wished to interrupt our collaboration during the coaching process.

What characterizes me

I'm energetic, empathetic, determined and a good listener, with a genuine passion for coaching. My authenticity, sense of humor and ability to instill confidence also define me.
