ABOUT ME
My name is David Besnault.
I graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE ParisTech in France. I am a certified coach from BAO Elan Vital in Belgium.
I started my career at Kearney, a leading consulting firm in strategy and management. For 6 years as a consultant and later as a manager, I completed assignments in manufacturing, services, retail, and banking.
I spent the following 20 years in general management positions for Solvay, Imerys and Eurofins.
In my last operational role as Eurofins Executive Vice-President, I was responsible for 120 laboratories and 7000 people in 30 countries throughout Europe and Asia. I led more than 50 acquisitions and launched over 25 start-ups. Today, I am a strategy consultant at Eurofins.
I’ve always aimed at defining clear strategies, selecting strong leaders and accompanying them towards success through empowerment and coaching.
I define myself as energetic, driven, passionate, with strong authenticity, empathy, humour and listening skills.
